My Story

Michael Robertson/ Founder

My personal and career journey has been compelling and, at times, unconventional. Adversity has been a constant throughout and it’s through navigating those moments that my experience has been shaped, strengthened and broadened.

I established Zenith Transformation Consulting and Coaching to bring that experience together in a way that genuinely supports business owners and leaders. Across complex stakeholder environments, strategic leadership challenges and business transformation, I’ve seen firsthand that most issues aren’t as simple as they first appear.

As an Interim CEO, Business Coach and Consultant, I’ve worked with organisations to improve financial performance, navigate challenges and disputes, and develop long-term strategic direction in collaboration with owners and Boards. Over time, I’ve come to understand that real progress comes from addressing what’s happening beneath the surface, not just what’s visible.
